Is it free?

Yes. No ads and no account.

Which iPhones?

iPhone 15 Pro or newer, with iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence turned on. Smarter needs about 3.2 GB of free memory, or the call uses Standard.

Does it need internet?

Only to download models, and each character's voice the first time you call them. After that, calls work offline, even in flight mode.

Is my voice uploaded?

No. Your voice and words stay on your iPhone, and calls aren't saved. The app only goes online to download models, from Apple and Hugging Face.

What is it built with?

Apple speech recognition, Smart Turn, Apple Intelligence or Qwen3 4B, Kokoro and TalkingHead. All run on your iPhone.

Is the demo above the real app?

No, it's scripted and uses no microphone. Sound uses your browser's voice, not the app's.
